These are truly unprecedented times, and amidst it all, we at Peconic Community School are working hard to provide a sense of routine, normalcy, and joyful engagement to our students each day. 

The feedback and appreciation among parents has been tremendous, and while a true PCS education is delivered in person, we are proud to see our teachers and students transitioning successfully to a digital learning environment. We marvel at their initiative, independence, creativity and enthusiasm. 

As we’ve told them via our video messages and emails, this strength is what a PCS education is all about. And as we watch our students’ resiliency in action, we must work to ensure institutional resiliency as well.

It is a challenging time for all work, fundraising not the least. But as is so often the case, the most challenging moments are also the most significant.

Our single most important fundraiser of the year, our goal is to raise $100,000 in this critical time for PCS. This year’s SHARE Summer Fundraiser will ensure that we can:

continue offering a progressive education to local students, extending financial need to over 25% of students, and employing innovative and passionate educators.

We don’t know yet quite what SHARE will look like this year, but we do know PCS will need your help now more than ever. All sponsorship levels will be recognized in event materials and promotions during the Spring & Summer

Golden Sponsor $5,000

Enables PCS to extend a scholarship to a family with increased financial need. 

Violet Sponsor $2,500

Helps keep our 2020-2021 children’s wellness education program in place.

Indigo Sponsor $1,000

Sponsorship at this level helps PCS pay our monthly rent..

Hope Sponsor $500

Allows PCS to expand technology, health & safety protocols in 2020-21.
