The end of summer and early fall are some of the most bountiful times in the garden on the North Fork. It's the perfect season to harvest seeds for next year's planting and prepare the garden for winter. While some students experienced the garden's beginnings in the spring, it's equally important to maintain the garden's cycle by tending to it during the fall. This ongoing care ensures the garden remains vibrant and ready for the next growing season.
