This is a four-week Taekwondo session designed for Kindergarten to 2nd-grade students, with each class lasting 45 minutes from 3:15-4pm and led by one of the skilled instructors from Expert Martial Arts. These sessions will focus on three key areas: physical activity, self-discipline, and respect. Students will engage in fun exercises that promote physical fitness and coordination, helping them stay active and healthy. Through the practice of martial arts, they will also develop self-discipline by learning the importance of setting goals and working diligently to achieve them. Additionally, the program emphasizes respect for oneself and others, fostering positive relationships with peers and instructors.
