2nd Grade Hopes and Dreams

Authorship, book clubs, screenplays, a podcast, Spanish-speaking, counting, and of course, class pets … second graders have big hopes and dreams for this school year.

Hopes and dreams are an annual start-of-school tradition at PCS. Students across grade levels take time during the first weeks of school to document their hopes and dreams for the upcoming year to be displayed in the classroom. This reflective practice helps students develop a growth mindset for the upcoming school year and sends a clear message that we value their ideas and aspirations.
